A couple of months ago I came up with the idea of pulling together a set of
all of the Cumbres and Toltec Railroad related videos I've published and
having the principals in the videos autograph the sleeves with the intention
of selling them to benefit the Ralph Flowers Fund. Ralph Flowers passed away
in 1999 and was a driving force in the Friends of The Cumbres & Toltec, a
non-profit support group of the railway. The railway has fallen on hard
times recently, and in fact a subsidiary of the FRIENDS will now operate the
railroad. We've been collecting signatures over several months of past and
current employees and have finally gotten them to the point where they are
ready to be sold.
These are unique items since you will get signatures of
people who actually appear in the videos. In addition to the Cumbres &
Toltec sleeves, the Union Pacific Steam Team participated by signing our two
UP Steam Videos as well. Each Autographed sleeve is included along with a
fresh unsigned sleeve that houses a new video of the title mentioned. There
are only five copies of each video available, so hurry if you want a rare
collectable and some fine entertainment.
100% of the proceeds from the sales of these videos will benefit the Ralph
Flowers Fund. Thanks to all current and former employees who signed and
those who aided us in providing these autographs. Add the usual $5.00 for
shipping for US orders. PAL tapes also available for foreign customers.
